Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DataGen ("we", "us") collects and processes information when you use the Genethics application and the genethics.app website.

Data we collect

• Account data. When you sign in via Apple, Google, or anonymous sign-in (Firebase Authentication), we receive a user identifier and, if you opt in, your display name. We never receive your password.
• Game data. Your progress (contracts, cards, characters, objects, experience, credits) is stored in Google Firestore under the project genethics-game.
• Purchase data. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (and, in the future, Google) and verified via RevenueCat. We do not see card numbers or billing addresses.
• Diagnostics. We may collect crash reports and basic device information to improve stability.

How we process content

• Contract generation uses third-party LLM providers (OpenRouter) and image providers (Runware). The prompts we send do not include personal data.
• Generated images and contract text are stored in Firebase Storage and Firestore.

Children

Genethics is rated for ages 12+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@genethics.app. We will action the request within 30 days.
