These Terms govern your use of the Genethics mobile application and the genethics.app website, both operated by DataGen (France).

Acceptance

By installing or using Genethics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account

You are responsible for the security of any sign-in method linked to your Genethics account. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

In-app purchases

Genethics offers a one-time accreditation purchase via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform's own refund policies.

Content

Contracts, cards, characters, and objects in Genethics are generated using third-party AI services. Generated content is provided as-is. You may not redistribute generated assets outside the application.

Disclaimer

Genethics is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataGen disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of France. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, save where mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
