The Genethics Dossier
An introductory briefing for newly accredited agents.
Genethics Inc.
Founded under conditions still classified, Genethics is the only authorized operator of large-scale temporal simulations. Our mandate: to model the choices of every era, past, present, and projected, so that humanity may better understand the consequences of its decisions. Our agents (you) are the instruments of that mandate.
Agents & Accreditation
Every recruit begins with a guided tour of the facility. Once accredited, an agent is cleared to take on contracts across the full historical timeline. Accreditation is permanent. Discretion is mandatory.
Contracts Across Time
A contract is a self-contained simulation: an era (recorded history, lived present, or projected future), a location, an objective, and a cast of characters whose fates respond to your choices. Each contract is generated uniquely for the agent who takes it. Some agents specialise in antiquity; others run scenarios two centuries from now. Genethics audits the entire timeline.
Temporal Artifacts
Some simulations yield artifacts: objects of varying rarity that imprint themselves onto the agent's loadout and modify subsequent contracts. Rarities range from Rare to Legendary.
